I’ve lived enough lifetimes inside one body to fill a whole bookshelf, but since we’re working with one page, let me start where the truth actually begins.
My name is Esha Te Razia, and nothing about my path has been linear, predictable, or even remotely easy. But every chapter — the trauma, the science, the faith, the breakdowns, the breakthroughs, the illnesses, the healings — turned me into the woman who writes these words and helps others reclaim their power.
The Beginning That Shaped Everything
My childhood wasn’t the soft, warm kind people post on Instagram. It was unstable and loud. My parents were always fighting, and I developed this constant internal alarm system that never turned off. When they eventually separated, things spiraled even more. We didn’t have a proper home. My dad passed away. Child support vanished overnight. And the place where I did live — with my mother — was full of emotional landmines.
I didn’t have friends. I didn’t have safety. I didn’t have guidance.
But something in me stayed alive — a strange mix of grit, faith, and curiosity. You could call it God, intuition, or the raw stubbornness of a kid who refused to collapse.
Meanwhile, my body kept the score. I grew up dealing with hypothyroidism, PCOS, fibrocysts, PMS, and the kind of emotional dysregulation that would’ve made any doctor stamp a diagnosis on me. But diagnoses never sat well with me, even when I worked in psychiatric facilities later in life. They felt limiting. They felt incomplete.
I always sensed the human mind was capable of far more than anyone around me believed.

The Student Who Refused To Break
Books became my first escape. Then they became my education. Then they became my lifeline.
Even while my world felt like a collapsing building, I kept studying. I forced myself through formal school, then college, then deeper into science — clinging to learning as if it were oxygen.
I eventually completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology, but I didn’t stop there. I kept digging into what truly heals humans from the inside out.
Over the past five+ years, I’ve immersed myself in:
- neuroscience
- epigenetics
- psychoneuroimmunology
- psychoneuroendocrinology
- meditation science
- the biology of trauma
- the placebo effect
- the power of belief to change the brain and body
These weren’t just subjects to me. They were my way out.
Psychology explained the patterns. Neuroscience explained the brain. Epigenetics explained why trauma lives in the body. Psychoneuroimmunology explained why emotions flip the immune system like a switch. Meditation science explained how people heal themselves in ways medicine still can’t fully explain.
I started connecting dots long before teachers or professionals did it for me.
The Work Behind the Title
Before becoming a writer, educator, and mentor, I also worked inside multiple psychiatric facilities. I saw everything — diagnoses being handed out like candy, people numbing their pain because no one taught them how to feel it, and medication being treated as the first and last solution.
This isn’t an anti-medicine rant. Medicine saves lives. But it doesn’t always heal lives.
And I knew my purpose wasn’t to diagnose people.
My purpose was to wake people up to their own power.
To remind them that they are not broken machinery, but adaptable biological miracles.
I’ve seen people heal in ways textbooks say are impossible. I’ve experienced it myself.

My Own Body’s Revolution
Let’s talk about the most recent chapter, my gut dysbiosis story.
I went through a wave of health issues that spiraled into full-blown gut chaos. Bloating, inflammation, dysregulated hormones, food sensitivities, fatigue — the whole miserable package.
Doctors gave the usual advice. Tests, protocols, antibiotics, supplements. But the real shift happened when I addressed the emotional and neurological roots.
I rebuilt my gut by rebuilding my inner state.
I rewired beliefs. I shifted my stress response. I practiced deep meditation. I treated my nervous system like it finally mattered.
My gut responded like it had been waiting for me.
That’s when something clicked even louder in me: healing is not linear. It’s electrical. It’s chemical. It’s emotional. It’s spiritual. And it’s personal.
The Birth of Get Mindful Now
My website, getmindfulnow.com, wasn’t created as a business idea. It was born from necessity — mine and yours.
There are not enough safe places on the internet for people who feel deeply, think deeply, hurt deeply, and still want to rise.
I built this platform as a sanctuary for those who:
- feel misunderstood
- grew up without emotional safety
- are navigating trauma, chronic illness, or self-doubt
- are obsessed with understanding the mind
- are ready to take ownership of their healing
- want science-backed explanations without robotic language
My goal was simple: teach people everything I’ve learned through science, suffering, and self-discovery.
My Tribe Found Me
For a long time, I wondered where my people were — the ones who felt life the way I did, who questioned the system, who were done pretending, who wanted a community with depth.
Turns out, they were on Threads.
When I started posting there, something wild happened. My words didn’t just land, they connected. My tribe showed up — people who resonated with the rawness, the science, the emotions, the truth-telling, the humor, the vulnerability.
Threads became the place where I write unapologetically, where I vibe with people who aren’t afraid of hard conversations, where healing feels like a group project.
The Mission I Stand On
I don’t teach from theory. I teach from experience, from the research I’ve devoured, from the nights I’ve cried through, from the healing I’ve survived, and from the transformations I’ve witnessed in others.
My work is rooted in three beliefs:
- The human mind is powerful beyond measure.
- People deserve to understand their own biology.
- You are not your past, your symptoms, or your diagnosis.
Everything I write, teach, or create comes from these foundations.
What I Do Today
I help people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs literally reshape their brain, chemistry, immune system, and overall life.
I teach:
- the science of self-healing
- the biology of trauma
- how to break emotional patterns
- how to rewire the brain through meditation
- how to shift identity and behavior
- how to reconnect with the body
- how to build a life that doesn’t feel like survival
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you remember you were never broken.
The Future I’m Building
Everything I share — from long-form blogs to Threads rants to my upcoming coaching work — is part of a bigger mission: creating a world where people understand their innate ability to heal, transform, and reinvent themselves.
If you’re here, it’s not random. People who land in my space usually feel like they’ve lived multiple emotional lives too. They’re introspective. Deep. Tired of pretending. Ready for change.
And if that sounds like you, then welcome.
You and I are walking the same path — toward self-awareness, self-healing, and a life that finally feels like it’s yours.
The journey is emotional, scientific, spiritual, and beautifully chaotic.
Let’s walk it together.
